Message: I think it's important to remember the positive effect Customer Service can have on individuals who are using a provided service. Especially a paid service. In an extremely competitive industry, such as insurance, it's easy for customers to just drop coverage and go with whatever the latest thing is that they've seen advertised. With Phil's office, they may not realize that what they are losing is an extremely customer driven experience with a level of professionalism you won't find in many offices. Between Phil and his staff I have ALWAYS been able to have complex questions answered in great detail and without lingering questions or confusion. This is something that's hard to quantify in dollars. I will gladly stay with this office regardless of a fly by night company (or a well established one for that matter) who offers a lower rate. I've even asked about this and I was given great direction regarding specific coverages in my policy that the other company wasn't offering. So, what may have seemed like a better deal wasn't actually a better deal. This type of service is invaluable. Not to mention the always friendly voices on the other end of the phone or the nice smiles that greet me when I go into the office. Do yourself a favor and don't run away from great service. Or, if you're looking for insurance you can stop right here. This is where everyone should stop.
