Message: Dealing with Safeway insurance had its good and bads. John Moore the claims adjuster had POOR customer service skills and treats you as if your a burden to his day to day work even though he’s in the insurance business.. But I did have the pleasure of meeting Joel Reyna who inspected my vehicle he had an amazing positive attitude and loved his job and the company he works for he was the only good impact I had from my experience! If everyone operated like him it would be a 5 star team!
