Message: I have not met a more knowledgeable real estate attorney than Gaylene, and that is why I keep using her and referring others. She is an expert at complicated title. Recently, Gaylene helped me close a very arduous transaction. The wholesaler insisted on using his title company, but luckily, we had retained her. She pulled her own title work to make sure, and upon comparison, identified crucial discrepancies that had not been pulled up on the commitment the wholesaler's title company sent to us. Had we purchased the property without her intervention, we would have been stuck with a very clouded title. Gaylene remained on top of the case, and many times schooled the escrow officer on how to resolve the issues. She is an out of the box thinker and a master at her work.
